New Sketches
I've been very busy writing a script the past two weeks so I've had little time to make color images. I have, however, had time to make some more sketches. The two square ones are part of an unusual alphabet book I'm considering making. I'm still fighting my ancient scanner which has the odd habit of scanning dark lines way too light. As a result, I've been having to really ramp up the contrast to make the images appear. I suspect that it is the reflectivity of the graphite that is giving me so much trouble since the lightening isn't as prevalent in inked images. As a result, every, and I mean EVERY mark shows up(sometimes even the paper's texture). On the up side, this does make for some interesting textures.
